Great location near airport and train station. Helpful staff provided bus timetable. Early check-in. Clean room with complimentary amenities. Convenient location for shopping.

Convenient location near the train station and city center. Rooms come with basic facilities such as tea/coffee and toiletries. The staff are quite helpful in providing local information.
The hotel is outdated and in need of refurbishment, some areas felt unclean. Noise disturbance was an issue; guests should expect to hear sounds from the hallway and rooms.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and extremely clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was excellent! The hotel receptionists made us feel special by remembering our room numbers and preparing our keys in advance. the hotel is located in a prime spot in the city, making it easy for us to explore the city and the nearby attractions.
The smell of cigarette smoke in the room. We understand that this is common in Taiwan, but it was a bit of a letdown for us.

The hotel is located conveniently near the train station and bus stops, making it a great choice for travelers. the room was spacious and equipped with basic amenities. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, remembered the guests' room numbers, and prepared their keys beforehand. the General Manager showed a friendly welcoming attitude encouraging guests to return.
Some past guests have reported cigarette smoke and unclean beddings and bathrooms.
